Una tradició centenària
DEL REBESAVI SEBASTIÀ FINS A L’EDUARD –AVUI AL CAPDAVANT DEL NEGOCI–, CINC GENERACIONS HAN SALVAGUARDAT ELS PRINCIPIS I LES TÈCNIQUES TRADICIONALS D’ELABORACIÓ D’EMBOTITS OBACH PER MANTENIR INTACTES LA QUALITAT I EL SABOR GENUÍ DELS EMBOTITS QUE VAN IDEAR ELS NOSTRES AVANTPASSATS.
Elaboració tradicional
A EMBOTITS OBACH, DES DE SEMPRE HEM CREGUT QUE LA MILLOR MANERA D’HONORAR ELS NOSTRES AVANTPASSATS ÉS RESPECTAR, MANTENIR I INTENTAR MILLORAR TOT AQUEST SABER FER QUE S’HA TRANSMÈS DE GENERACIÓ EN GENERACIÓ, I QUE APLIQUEM DE FORMA RIGOROSA EN CADASCUN DELS PROCESSOS I LES PERSONES QUE ELS REALITZEM.
La "muntanya màgica"
ORGANYÀ ÉS UNA PETITA VILA DE LA COMARCA DE L’ALT URGELL QUE, A MÉS DE TROBAR-SE EN EL CAMÍ QUE PORTA A ANDORRA, ÉS CONEGUDA PER TRES GRANS TRETS: LES HOMILIES, EL PARAPENT I, ÉS CLAR, L’ELABORACIÓ D’EMBOTITS. HISTÒRIA, ESPORTS D’AVENTURA I ARTESANIA ES TROBEN SINGULARMENT EN AQUEST PUNT DEL PIRINEU, ENCAPÇALAT PER LA VENERADA MUNTANYA DE SANTA FE.
